Helps protect the IV needle and

insertion site from impact, abrasion,

and mild scratching. May also be

used with a Heparin lock.

Translucent, ventilated plastic dome

allows unobstructed observation.

Hypo-allergenic self-adhesive tape

on bottom adheres anywhere on

patient’s body.

Application Instructions:

1. Remove paper from the adhesive strips.

2. Locate shield in the appropriate position.

3. Press ﬁrmly to attach to skin.

NOTE: Heavy hair growth may require shaving.

To Remove:

Gently pull up on the adhesive and remove the shield.

Storage And Handling

This device is designed for use in normal indoor environments. This

device may be stored in ambient warehouse temperatures at normal

humidity levels. Avoid excess moisture or high humidity that may

damage product materials.

Disposal

Properly dispose of the product per facility’s policy

for BIOHAZARDOUS materials.
